Why Explorers Playschool and Day Care
All activities are designed to allow children to explore, play, inquire, discover and learn at their own pace. This is done to nurture their curiosity and creativity, two important abilities that are crucial for formal learning in the future.

Child-centric facilities and resources
Our classrooms, activity room with audio-video facility, soft gym room, sand pit areal, splash pool, toilets and the lawn area with a fish pond are all designed keeping in mind children’s needs, safety, and hygiene. Children need simple resources to conduct their experiments. All they need is anything in their hand and their own imaginations. Materials such as water, soil, sand, sticks, clay, junk and fabrics can become anything that a child envisages. Food
Lunch at 1 pm, and snacks at 4 pm. Home like nutritious food. Juices, milk and almonds in snacks with age appropriate taste.
Sleep
Clean, hygienic sleeping room with wooden beds and cotton mattresses, pillows and quilts.
Indoor engagement
Through book reading, theater, party games, and movie time.
Outdoor engagement
Through basketball, football, slides, swings and free play.
Homework support
Completion of school homework in order to allow parents to spend relaxed time with kids at home.
Tuition classes
An additional facility for those who opt for it. Team of subject expert teachers to provide tuition classes in all subjects up to class 8th of CBSE and ICSE boards.
Safety and Security
We give top priority to safety and security of children. The infrastructure, equipment and material at Explorers are child safe, minimizing chances of any accidental injury. From leaving the home to returning home, your child is monitored by our experienced staff. We ensure that we keep children engaged in fun, playful and educational activities throughout the day. CCTVs enable close monitoring of movement of children. The staff to children ratio ensures children are not left unattended at any time. All female teaching and support staff, support staff with police verification, CCTV monitoring and child safe furniture and equipment.
Health and Hygiene
Full time cleaning staff, equipped with latest cleansing materials, works rigorously to ensure a clean environment. Fresh, clean bed sheets and linen are used at the center. The toilets are designed for easy use by the children. Cleaning staff cleans the toilets regularly throughout the day. Children suffering from flu or other infections are advised to stay home to avoid spreading any infection to other kids. We also have a Pediatric Doctor on call during operating hours.
Transport
Parents can opt for transport facilities to pick up and drop their children from home, school or any other place. The transport will be controlled and monitored by the center with special emphasis on driver’s conduct and punctuality.

Interaction and language development
Teachers focus on using proper and appropriate language with kids. Maids have very limited interaction with kids.
Cognitive and Social development
Games, puzzles and activities that boost cognition in a child, and interaction with same age children provides a much needed social connect to the child.

Playschool
Our curriculum is designed to make every child a thinking, questioning and curious kid. It aims at the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of the child. Fresh meals and evening snacks are prepared keeping in mind the nutritional needs and taste of children. High quality ingredients are used to prepare meals by experienced cook. Hygiene of utensils and kitchen is maintained well.
For children who need rest during the day, we provide comfortable and disturbance free sleeping area.
Experienced teachers to provide academic and homework support in all subjects.

Children who go to day care will, obviously, be used to being around other children more so than children who have one-on-one childcare. There are a million reasons your child will benefit from being around other children. They’ll come out of their shell more easily; they’ll be “used to” children by the time school rolls around; and hey, they’ll have friends.
Structure
When you send your child to day care, you know they are in for a structured day: Play, nap, eat, play, snack. Children like this. We’ve heard time and again that children crave routine and it even improves their brain. Yes, you can instruct your maid to follow a specific schedule, but there are no guarantees it will happen every day. With day care, you know you’re getting this.

I believe that the older children get bored, it’s okay for them to be bored, but when they’re little, they thrive on play and interaction with others. It’s a lot easier to run out of things to do when it’s just a maid and a child than if your child is at day care, where there are tons of activities to do and people to interact with.
